Can I get a refund for my dive?

We offer refunds based on medical grounds only. The PADI physicians form will need to be completed stating that you are medically unfit to dive and can be sent to info@blueplanetaquarium.co.uk. Refunds are processed by way of a cheque, posted to the address used when purchasing the voucher. Please note, all dive refunds are subject to a £25 administration fee.
