You can buy Blue Planet Aquarium tickets online or on the day.

Children under 95cm in height are admitted free to Blue Planet Aquarium and therefore do not require an entry ticket.

Children under 95cm will be admitted free with an Adult pass, however please note that height is checked on arrival and therefore it is recommended that children near to this height at time of purchase of a Premium Passport are included within a family pass.

Online Ticket Sales

To beat the queues, buy online. Tickets must be purchased at least an hour in advance and are only valid for a single visit within their 6 month validity period, from date of issue.

Gift Admission Tickets

Tickets may be purchased as gifts, for further information please call our main office on 0151 357 8804. We accept most cards with the exception of Solo and American Express. Tickets will be valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Money-Off Vouchers

Only vouchers showing an expiry date will be accepted for use against entrance costs. Old vouchers may be still available in some places, but these vouchers have not been accepted since Easter 2003. Blue Planet Aquarium has made every effort to publicise this fact, and will not accept these vouchers.

We do not accept promotional vouchers on Bank Holidays and vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Corporate Tickets

Blocks of discounted pre-paid tickets are available for corporate use. Should you require details of this scheme, please contact our Sales Department on the number below.

Entry Terms & Conditions

Tickets available include Adult, Child (up to 14 years), Concession (Senior Citizens, Students and Visitors with special needs), Family Ticket (2 Adults + 2 Children) and Groovy Grandparent Ticket ( 2 Senior Citizens & 2 Children).
Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to alter any offers and promotions without notice.
No promotions and special offers are valid on Bank Holidays.
Children under 95cm height are admitted free to Blue Planet Aquarium and therefore do not require an entry ticket.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party.
Tickets are valid for one single visit on the day they have been purchased.
Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to alter admission prices and opening times without notice.
Proof of entitlement for certain Ticket types may be required for entry (for example with a Concession Ticket for a Student a valid NUS Card should be produced. No other student card will be accepted.)
Visitors should be aware that there may be school groups in the attraction during a visit.
Some optional attractions at Blue Planet Aquarium are not included in the cost of an Entry Ticket and require an additional charge. Additionally some attractions have a height restriction or health and safety restriction.
Note: Should you wish to leave and then re-enter Blue Planet Aquarium on the day of your visit a hand stamp (available at Reception) is required for re-entry.
Visitors are reminded that for operational, technical, safety or any other reason any advertised exhibit, attraction or any of the facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or otherwise unavailable at any time. Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to alter or cancel any show time of feeding time or any other presentation without notice.
Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to refuse admission, or to remove any visitor whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Blue Planet Aquarium staff. No refund will be given.
When attraction capacity is reached on busier days Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to control any queue or the flow of visitors into the attraction. Visitors are advised that in these circumstances this can result in delays at entry.
